About us:

Manolin is a restaurant inspired by a beach vacation. Owners Rachel Johnson and Joe Sundberg, after a trip across the Yucatan peninsula, sat down and dreamed up Manolin. Patrick Thalasinos (co-owner) heads the bar program, combining warm-climate spirits with fresh seasonal ingredients. Chef Alex Barkley channels the flavors of Mexico, the Caribbean, and South and Central America and combines them with his Pacific Northwest style of plating and technique.
